It's been discussed before, the Elise is the new old Dino. The new Dino is something completely different and seems not at all related to the old Dino, FWIW. It would be interesting to see a real new Dino, light mid-engine (<2400 lbs, 400 HP) but they would never do it because it would perform better than the other F-cars and hurt their sales with with both F-crowds, the driving Ferrari guys and the red-jacket and patch crowd. The drivers would love it but the other F-guys' wankers would retract even further than the Lambo crowd.
