She did a great job. She needed a little help loosening some things here and there, but really did do everything herself. She didn't ask once what was next, just went from step one to two to three... She did ask if it was OK to say a bad word or two when the oil pours out of the pan all over her arm. I learned that even when I don't think the kids are paying attention they probably are .

I remember being with my dad in the garage while he worked on his Porsche. I don't really remember him letting me do much though....I was mostly watching. Ask your dad if he's old enough to remember when oil came in cans instead of plastic bottles. You had to push a pointy spout into a metal lid on a cardboard can. It was really messy.

She'll make more money babysitting for sure. The wife and I pay $$ for dinner/date in the nicest places in town and $$$$$ in sitter fees .

Tracy, I'm only 24 so I don't remember any cardboard cans .
