I have. The intake sits right in front of the intercooler and should pull cold air when the car is moving. However, when the car is stopped or going slow, its is also going to pull warm air from the intercooler. Remember that when finished, this area is going to be covered by fiberglass bodywork which will trap and cut off all air circulation except for what comes through the nacelle. I can imagine sitting in a pit grid and heatsoaking this design on a hot day.

People criticize the above the engine location of the intercooler on the Exige S. At least that design allows hot air to escape. This design puts the smallish intercooler in an area that traps heat when standing still or forces the hot air into the engine compartment when moving. It is better than no intercooler, but not an optimal design.
