I am currently working on getting an 05 Elise and have been watching the forum for the last few months. I am very interested in SC kit and have a few questions.

If I get your kit I plan to get a Fidanza flywheel and new clutch, not sure on which one yet, any suggestions, I was thinking about Fidanza clutch? I am also going to make myself a 4-1 exhaust manifold and a 3" complete exhaust, free flow cat and borla muffler for some nice exhaust flow since it will be force fed. I want to get the smaller pulley for more power and 10psi. What is rpm rev limiter set at when you do the reflash? I love to rev the engine as long as it does not destroy itself. I am also thinking I might pull the engine over the winter and put in some Mahl pistons at 9:0 c/r and then get a smaller supercharger pulley to run 14-16psi. I would really like to get 300+rwhp or would it be close to that with the smaller pulley option you will have and your setup as it is? Does your reflash have the mapping to go higher in the boost, such as 14-16psi, and it is already tuned for that so I can just get a smaller pulley and the flash will work well with both boost levels? What size are the injectors you include, I am assuming you include larger injectors, and would that be enough for 14-16psi? I also plan on doing some head work if I pull the engine, such as Ti or SS valves, port polish, better valve springs, to rev higher, 9,000-10,000 would be sick. What do you feel is safe for a stock valvetrain?

Now I am not sure how much I will do with opening up the engine, these are just what if's. I might open it up if I blow it up and I want to track the car a bunch and drive it all the time so I want it to be reliable. I am not sure if opening up and doing all the work will make it more reliable or less in the long run. I know I will get the kit with the smaller pulley, get a Fidanza flywheel, new clutch and make my own exhaust. I would love to see around 300rwhp. Do you think that is possible? I have access to a dyno and will do before and after. I might do a after I put on my exhaust system also to see how much more that makes.

Also, is that the biggest intercooler you would fit in there? Do you plan on including a fan on it, or do you think it is needed?
