Are you sure it was a 'real' Shelby Daytona? Only 6 were originally built. They are impossibly rare and impossibly expensive if one comes on the market.
Not saying it wasn't a 'real' one, as in one of the originals, that would be something.
More likely the new Brock version, which actually has some legit lineage with the original cars.
