Kids like this are why I am totally for the option of post-birth abortions. I am also for the ability for parents to properly punish their kids, including a belt on the behind when needed. Otherwise we are only enforcing that kids have the rights, parents don't and once again the system is tanked as a result.
In fact, some good old fashioned child abuse of the not-good kind may be sorely needed to whip this little turds act into gear if they are too squeamish on turning him into kitty kibble.
