If this piece was at least semi transparent, i could see this as the reason, but it isn't, it's 100 % opaque, you can't see through it. Everyone i've shown it to, or let drive find it's insanely annoying and counter productive to be able to drive, safe.
Unless you slouch, even someone who's 5'6 would have problems seeing. It's not just lights, it's the road in front of you. If you're sitting up straight, you can't see any obstacles more than 20 ft ahead. For a track only mod this is retarded as well. How are you supposed to identify the next turn when you can't see. I'll try and take a pic before I return it.
