When I picked up the car from inspection there was a couple discussing the Lotus with the mechanic. I'm trying not to get involved in the conversation as I needed to get back to work. So I head out to get it and there is a Miata parking me in. The lady who was discussing the Elise came over to move it. At this point I'm showing some other people the car when the husband walks over talking loud enough to be heard but trying to act discrete and let it be known he knows what he's talking about. He says something like I have to ask about it and comes over. He asked what year it was and I told him an 06, to which he told me that they had stopped building them in 03.
He then tried to tell me some history and that they were still not available. Even though I usually love talking to people at this point I really started to ignore him and left. At least he said nice car though as I drove away. All I can think of he that he is thinking about Esprits. I just want to
people who think they know and don't want to be educated.
