Not from my experience, you have to book several weeks in advance to get a container on a ship heading to Europe. Lots of goods moving East.

when you put in your order specs, wait patiently, then a week before it arrives.. oooppss its now 75K
As mentioned before 70K does buy a Z06 Corvette; a not too shaby GT that weighs only 100 lbs more and can get 26 mpg on hwy. You have to really want those back seats and exclusivity whilst expecting Lotus to nail the handling, steering feel to give up 200 HP.
