Slowly buy resistances... Also, buy resistances that make sense... (i.e., bacteria doesn't care about moisture, viruses don't respond to drugs, but don't like heat. So build up resistance to heat)
Pay attention to the news reports. If floods are everywhere... make the disease waterborne
Build up your evolution points...
Keep the symptoms minimal... like only sweating, but slowly use your evolution points to punch through the various tiers
Once you're pretty much spread around... build up evolution points, and then buy all the deadly things... hemmoraging and kidney failure are good.
Depression is also good.
It's all about patience, making the disease unnoticeable so it spreads with out panic.
If you start on Madagascar, then you have to buy ALL the transmission methods, and let the disease be symptomless so it spreads off the island.
Finally, use the high-speed mode to make it faster.
