Here is RPM vs. Temp

If you ignore the 5500+ RPM data...
I am guess that this shows that at 3300 RPM (which is probably cruising RPM in various gears at various speeds), the Delta T plateaus.
Blue = IC inlet
Purple = IC outlet
Yellow = Delta T
