I factored a weekly fill up, and I drive 70 miles a day. Using an Elise vs. a Tesla as an example, you still have plenty of money in your pocket. And I highly doubt anyone is buying an Evora as a daily driver. Sure, some will, but that's in the minority.
As for the solar powered comment, I'm glad you have solar power. 99.99% of residents do not. I'm all for alternate energy sources in the future, but I have to live in the now, not the future.
