You're welcome guys. I really enjoy doing this stuff... I've been frustrated a time or two as well, but I keep reminding myself that it's just a computer and it's simply processing my inputs and making them outputs. If the outputs are bad, then I must not be giving it the right inputs.... duh, right

I've got several other "tips" that I'll work on posting. Obviously I'm not getting too deep with these, just trying to outline the basics so that people atleast know where to go to make the right inputs.

Robains- Jump into the tuning software and go do the procedure for the oscillating idle that I posted. That will fix the idle issue and may fix the stalling. If it doesn't eliminate the stalling, it will surely lessen it. After that, you'll have to play with the DBW module's "stop point"... I'm afraid that I don't have much info on the DBW stuff, but the tuning stuff aside from the throttle stop parts are the same...
BTW- if you haven't loaded the software yet, you may need to force the correct com port to work, as with most serial to USB connectors. Once you do that, always use the same USB port going forward to ensure EFI can find the COM. I'm worse with computers than most, so that may be be pretty elementary for most???

Best,

Phil
