So I decided that with the high gas prices this summer, it would be a great time to head out on a road trip with my Lotus, and sure enough I get about 300 miles from home and it starts acting up.

I detoured to Las Vegas, since I knew there was a dealership there and just showed up in the morning with no appointment and a broken car. The folks at Norm Baker went out of their way to make sure they got me back on the road that day, which I greatly appreciated. They even washed up the car, which it definitely needed after travelling across CA/NV on the way there.
