I don't know anything about tuning, but from TPhil's description it sounds like you could set the TPS requirement to 0%, and that would make the cam switch purely RPM dependent regardless of throttle position.

Does that sound right TPhil?

edit: read further along the thread and see that up to the 12%-15% range would have pretty much the same result.
