It would be a hard toss up between the Mini and the Mazda. However having driven both, the Mini was tons of fun and awesome to toss around yet still have decent control. Not very fast but I would say "peppy". The supercharger sounds awesome though.
The Mazda was awesome as well, and the turbo was fun.
Put a decent set of wheels and some wider tires on the mini and it rips it up at the track.
