Yes, compression 8 clicks and rebound 15 clicks works well with mine. Since your car weighs about the same as mine then that should be really close.

Those brakes should do the job, I am still on the first set of pads and rotors. I have never had any sign of fade on 20 minute sessions and the tracks I'm on have lots of turns and heavy braking zones at the end of the straights.
