Both are breaking the law and should be prosecuted. I think that businesses that do this (on a regular basis) should be treated like drug dealers . . . incarceration and asset forfeiture.

This is not an abnormal fear or hatred of foreigners and strange things, it's a hatred of criminals. Felonies are not 'petty' offenses. With your reasoning we can just legalize everything and just tax it. It costs money to enforce every law, not just immigration laws.

You'll notice that the word Illegal is conspicuously absent in the story headline.
