I have the same problem on my '05 car. As you guys have probably come to figure out, I tend to get creative and make stuff when I need to. I tilt my clam so much (several times a week), that I'm going to "need" to get creative with the hard top as winter comes since that's when I run the hard top.

In the meantime, the soft top is the top of choice, so no quick release hard top for you! (in my best "Soup Nazi" Voice)
