i suppose the point, in case you missed it, was that just because its hard doesnt mean its ok to break the laws.
sorry, those people who do that shouldnt complain when they get busted by INS and sent back to wherever they came from.
if people dont like the laws there are channels to change laws legally.
thats how it works. not always perfect, but thats how it is.
