$38 for the box, $55 for da filter. a semi-bitch to install from what i've read. Got to drill in the firewall(?) the holes in the box don't line up. Don't know about performance, but with green filter should be at least that of the stock box. intake sound increases a lot + whine.
I've yet to install mine.
