Why would you use nitrogen in your tires? WHERE would you get nitrogen?

For tire pressures, oil, service intervals et al follow manufacturers specs. Change according to your usage (ex. track use may require different tire pressures and service needs).
for nitrogen check with the dealer or yellow pages.......it is good stuff no more checking the tire pressure plus it is better for your tires, if you are in AZ google Nitrogenman
Oil must be 5w40 per the manual I have been using Motul 8100 from S111 and I like it very much........yes you can go 7.5k between oil changes however most owners baby their toys so 3k has been the rule for me (I have not tracked my car yet) I do drive spiritedly and I have maxed the speedo on a couple of trips when I was in the middle of nowhere
Oil changes can be done at home (just did mine) it takes 30min
Lastly welcome to the forum and Lotus owners "club"
