Your right about the belt. I cut down a socket and use a breaker bar to reach
that dang tensioner nut. Phase 2 is a ratchet tie down to hold the breaker bar /tensioner while I attach the belt.

Of course now I have a tilt claim and can reach it easily from the top.
One belt change aggravation pays for the tilt clam.
