The SC manual tells you to check and replace the oil in the SC every now and then, and the oil is a standard Ford part. The belt is a standard goodyear gatorback that has the part number printed right on it. You'd replace the belt at the same interval Lotus tells you to normally replace the belt.
Don't drive slow. It makes the SC depressed and one day you'll wake up and find it's walked out on you.
