This was my original point....the mopo caught me with Laser...so the V1 wouldn't have saved me.

Another point is that I have NO license plate AND my front license plate placard is shaved off....so i don't know where he aimed his laser. He even said,"I was lucky enough to catch my laser on your front plate." ???? I have no front plate/placard...
