I have 2 questions, that has nothing to do with hockey pucks.
My manual calls for 5W/40 motor oil. I went to a couple of places to get Mobil1, but both places said they have never heard of 5W/40. So is there a 5W/40 oil or do you use 5W/30?
Question number 2: I do not run on the track, although I sure floor it alot on the back roads. Since my car now has a s/c on it, do I still use the stock spark plugs that the manual calls for, or the cooler one I have read about on here?

The manual recommends 1 heat range cooler. If you look around a bit you can find the 5w40 Mobil 1 it is for diesel engines. You want the 5w for the cold start crank bearing tolerance and the 40w for the valve train protection. if not you can use the Havoline synthetic.
