I have a Super Trapp muffler on my Mazda Rx-7(first gen, headers to straight through exhaust). It is plenty loud but this nice thing about this setup is that it is easy to make it quieter. They usually come with twelve discs and the more that you install the louder it gets. Someone spoke of creating to much back pressure with these but, you can actually create negative back pressure with enough discs. Also you are able to tune the engine somewhat by adding and removing discs. More discs are supposed to make it run leaner and fewer make it run rich. For a good street sound that is not too obnoxious 6-8 discs are pretty good. I run twelve and it annoys people.
