Wonderful car, Paul.
I had a 1968 +2S many years ago, in nowhere near as good a condition as yours, and it was a lovely car to drive. Handling was so benign. The car was really refined with not too much engine noise and a good ride. They are probably better than the baby Elan. And you had to love the aircraft-style dash layout. I would love another but they are pretty rare in the States.
I hope you are using it and enjoying it as a tribute to your father who was obviously a true craftsman.
