not exactly.. but ive found more the 5 islands away.. it gets to be crazy log. i sent a guy some wood. it was 30 hours round trip.
ALSO, pay attention to your action points. this is my biggest hold up.
every 5th level town(5,10,15,etc) you get an additional point.
please check first post, make sure your islands are up to date.
