I used to go to the LAX Gun Range all the time, since it was close by to me. Parking can be a bit tough since there isn't much of it, and it's off the 405 near LAX so depending on what time you get there traffic can be a problem. I wouldn't say it's anything fancy, but it was nice and clean and the people there were professional. Haven't been there in a few years, though. Someone else probably knows a better range in the area.
