Got the ticket in the mail today.
Any attorneys on board that can advise if mailing this notice constitutes proper service? Also, the ticket is issued by the company contracted to administer the ticket and says "Do not contact the court." I'm wondering if that is also valid and the company is in Arizona (jurisdiction issues?).

I also don't see a traffic school option which is kind of strange since if I were cited by an office, that would be an option.
