2006 Elise

Lets see..
Loose screw on window (see uberpost) many times.. you just get used to it.
Windows leak but the guy at the car wash said the Ferrari's did as well so...
Finally figured the magic combination for the AC.. yes I live in Az and this is my daily driver
1. during peak of summer, don't take surface streets (baby doesn't like idling at 120 degrees) freeway
2. always select recirculate
3. at some point you'll feel the fan .. fade. Shut the AC button off for about 2 min.. fan still running... (cool air will continue to blow and will increase as fan .. unfreezes)
4. this summer I think I'll put the hard top on.

Replaced driving light bulb once.. so far
Changed oil (fit underpan screws loosely until all are set in place)
When fitting soft top, set guide pegs on passenger side first, go to driver side, set peg and snap down top. Then go back to passenger side and snap down. I now have a distroyed side pannel on my softop (still works but..) tried to pull it down with passenger side set.
Collect all loose nuts bolts.. check for placement during maintenance.
Engine cover screws come lose easily.. try a little blue loctite.

I think that's it so far.. but love her still and always will
