If any application fluid (and 50% rubbing alch is too much- it should be 25% or use an actual commercial fluid) it will evaporate out in a few warm days. Just like how you often have a small bubble under the paint protection film when you pick the car up and once it gets some time in the sun it evaps out. Also alcohol evaps fast.
Newman- just makes sure he gives you cast vinyl. If you get calendared sign vinyl your installation will be twice as difficult. I wouldn't even try it with regular vinyl but then again I rarely even stock anything non high perf. since I don't like working with it and am generally doing car stuff anyway.
