The CE28 are a great wheel. We were the first to offer Volk wheels for Lotus in the US so we are big fans of their quality and fitment.

Sticking with stock sized tires is a better performance choice unless your car makes massive power. You will have plenty of stick with stock sized R-compounds. We've had plenty of clients who have tried wider tires and returned to stock sizes - especially the fronts.

We have one set of Denag wheels in stock. Since they are .5" wider than stock, you will spread out the sidewalls more and effectively get a wider contact patch. They are fully forged and perfect fitment - they will also allow for a big brake upgrade like our AP or 308BBK if you decide you need more brakes in the future.

Many of us had other sportscar before coming to Lotus and bring our preconceived ideas of what the wheel/tire combo should be. Plus 1 is one of those common 'upgrades'. The Lotus turns that convention on its head.....

Give me a call to discuss (951)296-6762
