My one concern about the front is that it has very curvaceous, soft lines, whereas the rest of the car is extremely hard-edged. I think you should consider working some sharper angles in there before finishing it off. May be in your plan already, though.
Also, the little air inlets in front of the rear fenders don't really flow with the rest of the bodywork too well. I think you should build up the area around them so they look like cutouts from the panel rather than tack-ons. That would also make them consistent with the Esprit's rocker-panel inlets, giving your car a more recognizable "Lotus" look. (Also, am I mad or does the left one protrude more than the right one? Might just be lighting.)
