Hi all,
Since this is my first post in this Forum, I should first greet you all :-)
Back to the last pictures:
Dapcius:
I followed the amazing work you did on the Elise for a long time, and I had no reason to object to anything you did.
It was great work and saying nothing was approval.
Smoseley:
I would like to express my opinion about the black painting around the lights:
IMHO, this looks wrong.
Of course, just saying it is easy and I will detail a little:
These cars are about not compromising.
They are about telling the truth: this car is a "no-BS car" and everything made on it goes that way... untill the fake painted lights.
A great decoration painting is a painting that underlines what is already there.
The lights are small and round... but painting long fake pointy shapes on them? Where is the logic? More important: where is the beauty?
The minimalistic lights are what make this car unique. Let them stand by themselves. They tell more about the owner mindset and his car than anything else!
The car should stand for itself and the mods should speak for themselves.
If the owner really wants to decorate his amazing car, then I would suggest a massive deco like on the 211: a graphic that catch the eyes but still follow the main lines of the body of your car.
