Since you can't get a 195/50/16 with the Star Spec compound, the next best fit is 205/50/16. These tires are about .5" larger in diameter. To keep the relative size difference constant from front to rear (so the ABS doesn't get confused), you need a rear tire that is also about 0.5" larger in diameter than the stock 225/45/17. The closest is 235/45/17.
