The "whole" car with the alarm/immobilizer on, pulls 20ma, immobilizer only 15ma. (from Lotus Service Notes). From Cobra manual "armed 13ma", the conclusion, which Lotus feel is a "reasonable assumption" is that the ECU draws 7ma (20ma - 13ma).

Even if I'm wrong about the 10 and 15, and it's really 15 and 20, they still are not added together to get 35 - it's one or the other.
