Charlie - could that cause my stumble at 7000 rpm WOT?

I'm checking the fuel trims Friday but was just wondering if this could be the culprit depending on what we find. When I got my ECU back from you there was some goop leaking out. I just thought you used it to seal the ecu back up rather than it being a factory issue.
