PM me from whom you bought the car and I can hopefully figure out what color temperature, in case you're interested.
1) PM me your e-mail address and I can send you the install instructions that shows how to adjust the headlamps on '05/'06 cars. The sharp cutoff is the result of the projectors. Indeed, there is a shade on the lower half in front of the bulb. The light rays bounce around the reflector and out through the glass eye to the floor. The sharp cutoff prevents you from blinding oncoming cars. Certainly if the cutoff is aimed too low, the headlights aren't helping you enough when driving at night. Raise too high and you'll piss off people driving towards you.
2) Probably an aiming issue as well of the high beams
3) IIRC, the insulator on the return wire is on top of the bulb capsule after it is installed. Unfortunately, this orientation casts a shadow from the capsule to the top of the reflector, after which then gets projected to the floor. Other than getting a manufacturer to make the bulbs with the return wire on the other side, there's nothing that can be done. Believe me, I asked if this was possible and was told no since it would introduce a tracking issue of maintaining two separate inventories.

1. The HID lamps are very focused and the beam has a distinct edge that is somewhat distracting. The edge is fairly low. I don't see anything in your instructions about aiming the beam. Any suggestions? Is there a reason why the upper edge of the beam is so sharp? It's almost like there is a shade on it to keep the beam from going high.
2. There is a gap in coverage between the HID low beams and the high beams. In other words, there is a dark spot ahead of me where the HID edge stops below the coverage of the high beam. Again, maybe this is an aiming issue. Any suggestions?
3. There are dark areas within the HID beam, that also are somewhat distracting. I think these are shadows from the bulb structure. Is it possible to diffuse the beam a bit to eliminate these dark areas?
Thank in advance for your reply.
