I have seen this situation as well. All the more reason to install a set of Sector 111 Track Mounts!!! The fore/aft torque-induced rotational movement of the engine and transaxle is a HUGE contributing factor to this problem as well. Combine this scenario with heavy heat loading and it's no wonder that there is metal fatigue. This is especially true higher horsepower cars with, or without, aftermarket exhausts.
