Just to add a bit of information... the mil-spec coating I put on the PPE headers makes a WORLD of difference in terms of heat management.

My boot used to get so hot with the stock header that I could barely touch the carpet buttons in there.

Now it was cool to the touch after a track day and after sitting in traffic in 90 degree heat.

This applies to all exhaust systems so even if you aren't using my setup I highly recommend the coating...
