Well the '08 XKRs range from $92K for a basic coupe, to about $107K for a loaded convertible.

The factory is offering dealers $18K incentive, and $5K cash to customers. So you start at $23K, and then negotiate around the actual invoice price.

Basically, you can get a coupe or convertible from $23K to $30K off...

I have seen a new (not demo) as low as mid 60s...
