Ah, the beauty of an 05. All you do is have to pull the cable right on the throttle body.

Did you remove your snorkel? I notice after I did, on colder days and when I first start the car, it seems squeaky sometimes. Never really bothered into looking to see where it comes from as it usually goes away in several minutes.
