Could you give me a quick run down on the T2 car restrictions?

When my smog check comes due in 2 years, I need to decide if I want to continue my Exige S as a street/track car or just make it track exclusive (CA based).

I've gone over NASA rules and they pretty much setup the rules to eliminate Exige S from being competitive (either in TT or a race class). 101 db, nice, guess the SCCA pays for higher sound limits.
