Here is a very rough run down... but I might be forgetting a few things... and like any discussions of SCCA reg, lots is fuzzy so it requires some creativity and at the end of the day, the SCCA tech needs to agree with your creative ways.

Minimum of 2090 pounds with driver, wheels and shocks are open, Lotus sport springs required though (that's the worst part), exhaust is open as long as it is similar to stock config, tires are DOT (Grooved Hoosiers), ECU can be reprogrammed as long as it is not physically manipulated and can be read by OBD II, you can run full data acq, race seat, fuel cell, nets, full cage and all that stuff is pretty wide open as they like members not dieing, air filter can be modified but not the air box. All aero needs to remain factory. So, you can't do a lot... but that is the joy of T2 and the Lotus... you don't need to do alot! I think the full spec can still be downloaded from the SCCA site so you don't need to buy the book. The car can still be street legal if you don't mind the full cage all around you.
