for anyone listening... took the throttle body off (pretty easy 5 screws) and took the black plastic cover off the back. The butterfly has some free movement due to the plastic gear that connects the butterfly gear to the actual motor. Put some tape on the gears to see if I could eliminate the play. re-assembled and started car. STILL SQUEALING...

going to try to clean everything (filter/throttle body) and re assemble. im really damn curious to know what this is.

PS: be careful taking off throttle body when car is HOT, those two smaller lines are coolant and sprayed all over the place!
