I think they're trying to compete with 911TT... and in that space, they're probably decent competition... that said, the 911TT is just way, way, way more fun to drive... If I were in the market for a track car that I can put a kiddy seat in the back, that has 4x4 so I can drive it in the snow (), the GT-R *would* be on the list, but so would a *used* 997 911TT, as would a C4S, and stangely enough a Subi WRX STI...

I think the flappy paddle gear box of the GT-R would be the first thing to knock it off my list though... What can I say, rowing through the gears is fun even if it does take .05 seconds longer per shift...
