some vehicle imported from china. the lady said she had to get her motorcycle license to drive it.

it was of poor build quality. the paint looked like it was poorly spray painted by a blind person, then when they were done refueling, they couldnt get it started so they had to get out and push it away from the pump.

still kind of a cool pic though
