I'm getting ready to do that in Arizona. Hobby vehicles here are exempt from emissions laws and are cheaper to register

According to the lady I spoke with it can just be registered as a regular vehicle without any problem though maybe as a hobby car it would have less risk.

You know, if I ever did get a 340R, I'm not telling anyone so you don't report me to the feds .
